Prioritization of Contracting Methods for Water and Wastewater Projects Using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

This study uses the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method to prioritize contracting methods determine most suitable contract option for water and wastewater projects (WWP). Content analysis, a two-round Delphi survey technique, series of validation reliability tests helped establish 18 key criteria FAHP analysis. Consequently, data collected from experts through pairwise comparison questionnaire form basis inputs final weightings were derived each available methods. The results indicate that bilateral, cooperative, trilateral are WWP in Iran, with highest weighting. provides useful guidance top management project firms selecting optimal their offers significant contributions theoretical practical perspectives.
